e-470 Public Highway Authority I was in Denver a year ago last July and just got a bill 2 days ago for $1.20 toll plus $45.00 in penalties. I called and they will not remove the penalties. I will never vacation there again. Internet
Went on vacation in July 2011, yes over a year ago. Got a statement 2 days ago for $1.20 toll fee plus $45.00 in penalties. They gave me dates they "supposedly" mailed me statements. It's amazing the only one I actually got was the one with all the penalties they could possibly tack on. I live 8 hours away...guess they bank on the fact that people from out of state will not go to court to fight them. *sigh*
