basically i signed up with Dish direct from the # on their website
i opted out of e-club as soon as the junk came in the mail
5-6 months later i have the 19.05 charge on my bill
it has been over 72 hours and no credit
Dish called e-club with me on hold and came back to tell me that the e-club rep would like to explain to me that it will be 72 BUSINESS HOURS (so 9 days plus at least 1 weekend) to get a refund
i told Dish i did not need to hear that and to cancel all of my services
i have filed with the nj BBB on e-club and the Texas Attorney General on e-club and Dish, i an awaiting the paperwork from the NJ
Attorney General to file on both
i will also file with the Colorado BBB on dish as well as the Lubbock, TX BBB for Dish and e-club
i will also file on both with the FCC and the FTC
