Gerald Peters, the owner of e-mailpays.com (supposedly if that is his real name) created a site back in 2001 where you get emails and get paid to view them. When they originally started, you got paid out when you reached $15. You could even pay $10 to get free "referrals" under your name, as you could make extra money when you refer others that also read emails. But over the course of ten years, every time I reached the payout amount, the new rules would increase the payout amount. Now the website is gone, and my payout was at $100 and NOTHING. it has disappeared altogether.
