E-processrx.com is a complete scam. I ordered from this "company" in mid-November of 2008. When I could actually get in touch with someone, they kept putting me off by telling me that they do not have my product in stock, but they will soon. "You will receive your order by the end of this week, ma'am," was their response at every interaction.

There came a point when I couldn't reach anyone at all. One customer service number was always "person at this number is not available"; the other eventually became disconnected. And, even though they claim to return your calls/emails within 48 hrs., no one was returning the 2 emails I sent questioning the continued holdup. Also, not only did I never receive my order, but I also was charged $10 more than my agreed upon price for which they had no answer when I confronted them about it.

Furthermore, I used this particular card for this one online purchase. So, I am certain that this company or someone to whom they gave my private info, used my card numbers to charge hundreds of dollars worth of online airfare and flowers. This disgusts me more than I can express in words. This/these lowest form(s) of life should be greatly prosecuted when caught.

Do your homework I have been warning all of you for a good year that the internet online pharmacies are over, and any attempt to get prescription drugs online without a paper script from a actual doctor in person will be met with fraud and deceit. So I will tell you all again, the official DEA web site will explain to you that no narcotic will be prescribed to anyone online from a online pharmacy. Period!!!! Those days are done!!!! Loopholes to this venture are filled in. Even if you think you are dealing with criminals who will deliver to you prescription drugs they will not, why do you think there are so many posts regarding this issue! Wake up people and stop being becoming the victim by choice!!!

E-processrx.com finally sent me my shipment, but it was fake.

After waiting almost two months for my shipment, e-processrx finally sends me a package via US mail (They advertise shipments via DHL or UPS on their website.) on January 5, 2009. It didn't take long to find out that it was a placebo made to look like the medication that I ordered. I emailed them that I wanted a refund. I still could not get in touch with them by phone, and they never called or emailed in return regarding my issue at hand. They only sent me an email a few days later from their billing dept. saying that I need a refill on my prescription and that my card would be charged the previous amount. It's a good thing I cancelled that card. Do not order from this "company"!
