they take your money but don't deliver. i placed an order on october 28, 2008. i cancelled it and have been waiting for my refund since dec.2008.
i was told the company was back in business so i placed another order and still haven't received it. so i i've asked for a refund on it also.
they do not answer emails nor can be reached by phone.
