E-Z Drawer Home Improvement Flub ripoff incompetent contractor Delray Beach Florida
I contracted with an outfit called E-Z Drawer , working out of Delray Beach , Fl , to design and install roll-out shelves in my kitchen cabinets and pantry. The person that came to estimate and eventually did the job is named Joe Rich . He did such a poor job in his measurements that the shelves in the pantry would not pull out without hitting the edge of the door. ( he did not provide for the necessary clearance) . To "adjust" the problem he crushed the edge of the metal door framing and now claims he never did such a thing. I was stupid enough to pay him on his word that he would come back ( since it was already late in the afternoon ), he needed the money to pay a bill ( asking for cash only ) and that the adjustment was quite simple ( before he crushed the door frame. The job is completely unprofessional , ugly and example of an incompetent contractor.

I just purchased E-Z Drawer and would like to appologize to Mr. Monroe but I did not recieve a customer database from Mr. Rich. I am familiar with other jobs that where performed below E-Z Drawer standards and have fixed them all at my own expence. E-Z Drawer is a reputible company with a very good customer base.
