My incident started as a simple gift i was given from another site for a purchase i made. I was given an activation key to the game "crysis" and told to claim my prize at their website....seemed so simple. Well after i reached the ea site and entered my activation code....a incomplete menu appeared and told me to select a language...there was no language to select, at all. (screen shot of this: http://i461.photobucket.com/albums/qq332/PowerHouseZer0/Error1.jpg ) So after multiple reloads, i decided to just push ok, hoping it would select the default as english.

That of course didnt work and sent me to an error screen. Here is the screen shot of that: (http://i461.photobucket.com/albums/qq332/PowerHouseZer0/Error2.jpg) Which i assumed was just a technical error and would return later. After 2 days of the same result i decided to contact customer support. As im sure everyone will agree its much faster and more personal to resolve the issue over the telephone...No such luck, it seems as though EA games does not want to talk to any of its customers, as it does not provide any Phone numbers for you to call. So i submitted an email describing the situation.....

About a week and a half later, I received an email from techsupport(which i highly doubt....)asking for a screenshot....I obliged and sent them a screenshot. Another 2 weeks went by and i just received the response today....It was a link to a support page in different languages.... OMFG... Extremely irritated i decide to post a thread on their page to hopefully get some kind of help....Apparently they either

a)disallowed my account from posting or b) has a monkey for a server admin.. either way if u are TRYING TO LOSE MONEY go there, i feel sorry for those who actually pay these people....

I am currently working on a case with the better business bureau... if u have any ideas on how to hold them responsible....PLEASE TELL ME.

Did you try hitting the back button to see if there was a language option there?
