After spending an hour on the phone two days in a row, and sending a screenshot displaying there was no error on my end of the setup for gaming, I finally got my issue bumped up to the "actual" tech support and not a customer support rep. It took two days for them to solve the problem. I am not sure if they modified my account, but it was a simple fix of logging into the EA.com site, clicking the "Add Additional Info" link and entering information. I tested the program and it seems to be working now. So, for my frustration and $40, I can now finally play my game.
