Exactly the same. 2.2 million award, 20 USD processing. Does come with two pages of color printed documents, and did arrive with tracked, DIRECT/FIRST mail with declaration of enclosures with a sender printed on the green envelop of L. Marshall Braxton, Location: Accounting Department.
Two typographical errors (AMOUNT and spacing) on the first page -

[Left out one zero and a space between the '.D']
There must surely be more to this...processing the docs and sending with USA stamp in red/white/blue with three stars and return envelop costs more than 20 USD...if you value time and have any reputation and pay for mail/office in New York.
Could someone who has actually won a lottery/contest actually comment on this...I email 5000 press and government emails in 70 nations and have actually won three national lotteries in one day, inheritance scams, government fund transfer scams...two have sent me fraudulent checks.
