Complaint Review: EAST COAST ANIMAL JUSTICE - New Jersey Hackettstown

 The woman who made this report, has caused numerous death threats to be made to the people she listed. Myself included. As the creator of the site she reported, I can tell you that by NO MEANS have I ever accepted a donation or asked for money and I never planned on it. It's educational and it's here for people to contact me if they see or hear of abuse done to an animal. By the legal laws of Facebook, I was able to create my non profit organization without registering in my state. I plan to register once I can open up a shelter. A shelter that will house animals who are victims of abuse. In the mean time, I take calls and messages and go out to help the animals that are reported. Due to receiving numerous messages from people who know the Herrmann's (names will not be disclosed due to them wanting to remain anonymous) I DID expose them for who they are. I will gladly expose any animal abuser! I fight to protect animals every day. The proper authorities were contacted due to others stepping in. No one works for me, no one gets paid by me. We are a team. We are simply people who advocate and stand up for animals. There is no harm in that.

Susanne and David Herrmann did something wrong. They are the reason an innocent dog has lost it's life. Yet somehow, I am the one receiving death threats. Death Threats that are coming my way due to the Herrmann's. By no means should an animal be considered "Property" so that you can demand it be killed for something the animal did. Humping a leg is harmless. There was simply no reason for the dog to be killed. No dog bite was reported, animal control spoke about the case and were more than upset. I was going to let this go since the authorities were reached out to but it seems I may have to take action on this now. Members or people who saw the post, rightfully got angry. I myself am the one who posted all of it. Not the Joe guy, not the Viki girl, just me. I demand you remove everyone's name. This here IS defamation! When I exposed you, I didn't cause defamation because I got facts to back it all up before doing it. Legal facts from the authorities. East Coast Animal Justice will always be around and I will always be saving lives, while you guys try to live with the fact that you caused a poor helpless dog to lose its life when all it knew was that you were it's new, loving home. Shame on you. Just note the fact that I reached out to you for your end of the story before proceeding.

David and Susanne Herrmann of Albany NY aka Susanne Marie paul aka Sus Anne..condone animal abuse!!!! They are teaming up with Vas Cain of Hopatcong NJ Aka" CAT KILLER "...as a member of East Coast animal justice and also many other animal advocate groups i feel it is important to be the voice for the animals. Animal abuse is running rampid!!! To try to discredit a non profit group for exposing animal abuse is absurd!!! Animal advocate groups work extremely hard day and night to try to save an animal. Just goes to show animal abusers stick together. SHAME ON YOU DAVID and SUSANNE HERRMANN!

 actually the group Justice For Dogs commented with the NJ Herald on Vas Cain who posted she drives around and kill cats...East Coast animal Justice shared it....Susanne and David Herrmann need to stop spreading slanderous information.

 David herrmann and Susanne Herrmann aka Susanne Marie paul of Albany NY are disgruntled because they were exposed for animal cruelty. In retaliation they posted my address under a animal advocate group that they are bashing and harassing. I happened to see there posts on fb about how Dave wanted the dog dead a week after he purchased it in a parking lot. David Herrmann did a go fund me page labeled " help resue a bully".look it up....he states he's rescuing a bulldog from long island bulldog rescue.This was not true he purchased a dog in a parking lot and when it humped his wife he went into a rage and in Susanne exact words " managed to literally throw it into the garage .He then complain about broken fingers.This man works at a gym in Clifton NY. I'm not the owner of the site they knowingly put my address on in hopes for harm to come to me. Stay clear of this couple and they're friends who are harassing me also..I have all the screen. Shots to show. They have been reported to the police and sheriff.all because I was against animal abuse

This group, East Coast Animal Justice, also takes responsibility for having a Hopatcong, NJ woman charged after she posted an off-colored remark on Facebook about her son hitting cats with a car.   A familiar pattern was followed where the woman's Facebook post and pictures were stolen, she was labeled an animal abuser, and her post and pictures were circulated throughout social media.  An online petition was created against her and all of this was done without any physical evidence or an eye witness.  It was confirmed in a direct phone conversation with the woman, that no cats were hit and that she just made a stupid post, and that she was harassed by the very members of this group at her work place and at her home.  She stated that they even went as far as throwing rocks at her windows.  The Sussex County Prosecuter's office has since taken over this case and is investigating the harrassment she endured.  A statement regarding my experience with East Coast Animal Justice and the three members in this report was given to detectives at the Sussex County Prosecuter's office today.

Thank you for further solidifying that East Coast Animal Justice is not credible.  As stated, merely just like minded people with a facebook page, not an actual established animal advocacy organization.  

 East Coast Animal Justice is being falsely accused of threatening individuals in this petition. I am a member and I assure you none of us are stupid enough to threaten anybody. This is a false accusation of criminal activity and thereby is a criminal act in itself. If they had actually been threatened, then they would have gone to the authorities, not made a petition. They want us shut down because we saw through their lie that they had their dog put to sleep after it viciously attacked them. The truth is the dog humped Susanne Herrmann's (the creator of the petition) leg, the husband, David Herrmann, became insanely jealous over this and contacted animal control, then demanded the dog be euthanized. When they objected he stated that the dog was his property and than he demanded it be killed and its head chopped off to test for rabies (which it clearly did not have according to animal control). This isn't made up, this information was obtained directly from the animal control officers in his town. The animal control officers informed us that they will be turning the investigation over to the police.

Susanne Marie Paul, aka Susan Herrmann has been relentlessly attempting to discredit our work with false allegations of threatening behavior and unfounded claims that we present ourselves as a nonprofit organization. We're just a collection of like minded individuals who despise animal abuse. Merely our Facebook page has a nonprofit label which requires no legal process to declare as its just a Facebook page, not an organization. This dog was killed for absolutely no reason, they lied to everybody as to why he was killed, and they even created a gofundme page for the dog that was killed and are still collecting money for it. They're rich btw, and they're just absolutely despicable people. Don't enable them in their attempts to cover up their egregious acts.
