I purchased a 03 jeep wrangler from them in 2005. I had all the same issues in the office as everyone else. On the second day of having the vehicle it came to my attention that the transfer case would not go into four wheel drive. I am a professional mechanic so I got under the truck to inspect it. There was obvious damage to the shift linkage. So I took it back to get it repaired. They said they could do it but it would take a couple weeks and I couldn't go that long without transportation. So I took it home and replaced the part myself. The transfer case still didn't work. I removed the t-case and disassembled it to find severe damage to the internal components. I was lucky that a friend had one in his garage and he gave it to me. Also while I was at there dealer they promised me a car fax history report. After a couple of hours they said something was wrong with the computer and they couldn't get it. About 3 months after getting the jeep the brakes totally failed on me 180 miles from home. If it had happen in traffic or in a place with pedestrians someone could have gotten hurt badly. Someone had put the wrong fluid in the brake reservoir. It managed to eat all the seals in the brake system. There mechanics are obviously very talented techs. When I went to the jeep dealer to get the parts I had them check the maintenance records on the vin. The jeep had been in an accident and had to have a lot of work under the hood to make it right. I have personally put over 10k in the truck for parts and it runs really good now. My advice save your money up and buy a cheap used car. Its cheaper in the end and probably more reliable. At least the sales man bought me lunch.
