Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

DO NOT use this company they are fraudulant and completely fake.  They will promise you this great service and deliver nothing.  They use imitation avatar software and it is faulty, when they try to transfer the live transfers they will not go through becasue the software they are using is not authentic and they are using off-shore agents to get the live transfers.

When they dont deliver 1/6th of the live transfers as promised they say that it is because your posting requirements dont fit what they are used to using.  But before hand they tell you that you are able to adjust to your companies specific requirements.

There was pproblems with the software and they did not correct the problem som that the calls could come through, there whole system is a joke and will tell you anything to get you to believe that they are a good quality company.  They changed their name in march from quick pitch to easy pitch and I am sure it is because of the reputation they earned.

Frederick Alvarez is the Accounts manager and whenever there was a problem no one was available to assist.  We were promised 10 live transfers per hour, per closer but we had to pay hourly for 10 agents to be transfering the calls to our closers for 40 hours a week.  Rate was $4.00/hr per agent so $40.00/hr for this service.  We had calls for 2 days and requested money back and this company has ceased all communication.  Our first day we received maybe 2 calls per closer for 2 hours then received nothing else and the second day we received all dead transfers, either the customer hung up or they lost connection during the call.  They claim you are not bound to a contract but will not refund the money you have to pay upfront and not provide the services that they promised.

Save your money because they will NOT deliver anything they say.

Easy Pitch Marketing is a Scam

Worked with this company for several months giving them many chances to prove themselves. They give you lofty estimates that are impossible to match and they do essentially nothing but take your money. They dial out and play recordings to prospects and then randomly live transfer you calls. I's a huge scam. No humans are actually speaking to the prospects or making any calls.

You are essentially paying 10 times more than you should for a robo dialer. Not only that but they don't actually produce you any leads since they are just live transfering you calls at random. This is a terrible company that should be shut down that preys on companies trying to expand their sales.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL STEAL IT.

Easy pitch has absolutely no affiliation with Callvation. The account manager also gave you a fake name. His name is Howard Alvarez not Frederick Alvarez. Howard was an existing partner and broke off and started easy pitch BY HIMSELF. Jeff Torres is in no way shape or form masking anything under any name or affiliation. We gladly refund money to anyone who is not satisfied. Sorry for your bad experience but I can assure you that the two companies are not in tandem with eachother.

These guys are crooks. Same thing they did to me, Jeff Torres is the ring leader, masking the company name under another company called CALLVATION
