Dear Debbie, In reviewing your account we did receive your phone call in regards to your situation. We do have confirmation that we sent the return email to the updated email address that was supplied to us and maybe it was a filter on your works server that the email did not get through to you. We had no way of knowing that you did not receive the email because you called us a month and a half later (which was already past the return deadline we gave you on the phone call). In regards to your fraud claim we take several measures to ensure that the transaction is valid. We verify that the address provided matches the address associated with what your credit card company has on file and we also make sure that the card is present by asking for the CVV2 code located on the back of the card. Also we do track all of our packages to make sure that the product is delivered to the address provided to us when the order is made. We are sorry for any confusion this may have caused you.
