EasyCare Extended Warranty TOTAL SCAM-THEY WON'T PAY Norcross Georgia
Buyer BEWARE. Stay away from the Automobile Protection Corporation-APCO a.k.a Easy Care Warranty. They will not pay for repairs. We bought the Gold TOTAL Care. The ultimate protection which we were told that it would cover the engine, TURBO, transmission, drive train etc.. Well, our Turbo failed on our F250 they said that it wasn't protected due to carbon build up which made the actuator to fail. We paid $2864.00 for this Warranty the cost of repairing the Turbo $2800 (tax included).
So if you think that you are protecting yourself buy buying an extended warranty THINK AGAIN..BUYER BEWARE.. They will take your money and then turn you down. They hide behind section E (What is not covered) which doesn't say anything about not covering the malfunction that occurred. When we call them on that they said to read Terms and Conditions which is E there was this statement: "Of a covered part which is damaged by or as a result of sludge, fuel or lubrication contamination, rust or corrosion" which doesn't really make any since for the simple reason that the turbo working parts cannot be coated. The Ford company would of covered it under its warranty..But they won't. SO BUYER BEWARE!!!
Remember attorney's wrote this agreement so they won't have to pay
