RARE! Silver 35CARAT 56GEM TURQUOISE NECKLACE

Bay Payment Sent (ID # 59M4096308636821W) The company was supposed to give me my return postage back, too. Total Amount:

-80.30 USD plus postage

[email protected]

I told PayPal that the item was returned. They would not assist me, although their service was used.

I have the signed receipt; I paid via their service. However, I just sent this co. another e-mail telling them they had two choices to refund my money: Paypal, or a check or money to my home.

My Pc is freezing. Might have a matter with Sony, too, as their DVD/CD drives do not work. The saved mail from this incident is from AOL version 7 or 8 on my harddrive. I have the e-mail from one of their company's reps in reponse to telling them I was taking necklace to gemologist, to let her know. Remember, it was supposed to be real? I also have the page saved.

I am disabled. To make matters worse, all the info is on assorted disks, as pcs have failed over the years (that's another complaint). Resurrected bad disk with Bad Copy Pro.

Here is the info: Saw turquoise necklace at Ebay. Saved the page on the hard drive with all info, saved all e-mail inquiries.

Received necklace; it did not look right. Notified them that I was taking it to my gemologist (I had an apt. anyway). They told me to let them know (remember this was supposed to be real). Gemologist said that the stones were plastic and glued in, not even created stones.

I spent hours on this problem. I even received help form other Ebay customers as witnesses that they were ripped off by this company.

Ebay only gives you 30 days from purchase, not from the day you receive item. Anyway, e-mailed them, told them the outcome. They said they necklace was real.

Sent in at least 3 fraud reports to USPS, received cnfirmation, not a word back. Sent another to another agency, received confirmation, no word. I recently received a form via mail from the post office.

This is me: zbrashopper( 7 ) Oct-02-03 15:36:40 PDT 2640012374 S

Complaint : informed them stones were not genuine, not heard back. Took to 2 gemologists

Response by jewelrydays - We informed you that the stones were genuine, and they are.

Response by jewelrydays - Wrong accusations, quality impeccable, we respond 2 all mails within 24 hours.

I emailed them again and again. I have tried to call them. They are now on the web at jewelrydays.

My fiance took me to work; I returned necklace at Columbia, MD, Post Office, return receipt. Filed for insurance, but someone at the company signed for the necklace. Called & looked at PayPal. My money is not there. The company has limited use. I don't care, I paid that way, I want my money back. Anyway, I also believe this company stole my info, but that is another complaint.

Was in arbitration...as I am disabled asked Jewelry Days to send prepaid label, they would not.

My gemologist discovered the quality was not as depicted; for instance, the stones are glued! The retail price of this item was overinflated which made it seem one was getting a deal.

I have the auction page saved on disk. Secondly, as I stated, the stones are fake. My gemologist's name is Joann Gill; web-site, diamondlab.net.

ToIFCC:

A company with the same name, same address, different Suite no., has an on-line store w/that name. I ran across them at a gemological site. They threatened me. I KNOW they are the same people, or rather, they have the same name. Although they said they knew of the "other co." They did not mention that they bought out the other com. I think they are the same co. I also received an e-mail stating that JDays was going to stop selling on EBay & have an indep. store. To-date, no word from the gov't, the postmaster, ANYONE.

Once again, some more information and proof from International School of Gemology Forums Board that accuser 'Debbie - Laurel, Maryland U.S.A.' & 'MagicalOne' is wrong. 27-10-2006, 15:44 YourGemologist Administrator Axay, You have my apology for allowing this whole thread to become what it has. I have been smacked around a few times because I am quick to ban people for posting improper threads, but this one is an example of why I normally have a short fuse on these things. JeweleryDays.com is not the entity that MagicalOne was dealing with, and had problems with. And I am deeply disappointed that she does not have the integrity to come on here and admit an honest mistake. She was indeed duped by the people posing as JewelryDays on eBay. And everyone would have quickly forgiven and forgotten the situation had she simply admitted the mistake that could have happened to anyone. But to make these accusations and then not admit that she pointed the finger at the wrong person, and provide an honorable apology for the mistake, speaks poorly of her intentions and her integrity. If she is willing to come here and post an apology to you I will allow her to continue with us. But if she does not do so within 24 hours, I will ban her for life from this forums. I will give her 24 hours to heal this situation, after which I will indeed remove all threads related to this topic. And you will continue to have my sincere apology for this situation. Robert *********** 30-10-2006, 11:24 This one is coming to a close. I just wanted readers to know that Axay and the people at JewelryDays.com are good people with a longstanding reputation for quality and honest business dealings. I have heard from several people in the industry who have confirmed Marty's post, and my beliefs regarding JewelryDays.com. It is unfortunate that someone stole their name for an eBay sales hype. But that can happen to anyone. And it is unfortunate the MagicalOne fell into the trap. But for MagicalOne to fall into the trap, then refuse to admit the mistake and allow to stand some very nasty accusations against someone who did nothing wrong......its just not right. It is just as wrong for MagicalOne to make a false accusation against JewelryDays.com, as it was for some bad guys to rip off MagicalOne. I am going to leave this public YourGemologist.com apology to Axay and JewelryDays.com posted for another 24 hours. Just because I believe everyone should know that these are good people doing good business, who have been falsely accused. If anyone wonders why I am a bit of a hard butt regarding postings here, its because sometimes good people get beat up for no cause, and other times bad people come here and try to appear like wolves in sheep's clothing. In this case, JewelryDays.com took one on the chin for no fault of their own. I regret that MagicalOne did not have the integrity to come back and correct this wrong she did to JewelryDays.com. It would have been easy, and everyone would have understood the situation. Since she did not, however, ................. Rip-off I'd also like this complaint to extend to SquareTrade & Ebay for their wonderful assistance. If the seller above is angry, I used the words Ebay, seller Jewelrydays. Posted at forum: sleep: Gosh, won't take private message. Very interesting. I'm too tired to find that post. However, the company that sold me the necklace at Ebay was named Jewelrydays, the link led me to the same address that you occupy, as Jewelrydays, both URL & street address. Their address was posted at Ebay, their phone no., and I have various e-mail, even a picture of the same building you occupy. Very very strange. Maybe you can help? I thought that if you are a registered business, that someone else cannot use it? A friend opened a cleaning business, and some of her favorite choices were already taken. However, I returned the necklace. It was addressed to Jewelrydays, same office building, I have the suite no. on the postal report here somewhere. Anyway, somone from your company signed for it, the paperwork is here from the post office. Now if it was not my property, I would not have accepted it. I thought I made it clear I bought a necklace at EBAY from a company called Jewelrydays. They occupied the same building. Can't help it if they have or had the same address/business name. The picture they provided looks the same and is at your address. Anyway, check it out for yourself. Go to ebay, and type the name under sellers. They are no longer registered. Thanks. The link to a store, JDays, was also there until a few months ago. I've been up all night. Very strange. I thought that I provided the links to JDay's at Ebay.

The Mystery of the Same Office In LA CA

#8Author of original report

Wed, October 18, 2006

If they are not the same business as on Ebay, although they are located in the same office building in LA? The info I provided was on my drive from the auction date. Do you notice that the address is the same? Why did they sign for and accept the necklace? I had it checked by a gemologist. The turquoise was plastic. I have all the e-mail abt. this transaction at Ebay. I have a copy of the post office's copy of the signature of receipt. I would have been better off if they would have lost it! Rip-Off, I have gone through a lot with this company. I have an e-mail from JDays that they were closing their Ebay store & have their own www. I had a case with post office & FTC about this seller. I received case nos. from FTC, then nothing. Just chasing myself round and round. As a consumer, there are laws, but there is a lack of, well, I call it "selectivity of enforcement." Now if I was working somewhere, and I received an item, and it did not belong to my business, I would have called the person. My name & address were also inside the package. Jewelrydays also said that they would return my postage. I also went through SquareTrade. It was dropped because JewelryDays stopped responding. I am disabled, and all I wanted was a return label. Instead, my fiance had to drive me to Columbia, MD, post office. I had it return receipt. Almost received insurance, but the package was signed for. I am very ill, it would be easier for me to speak to a representative of your organization. By the way, this "new" JDays posted found one of my posts about Ebay and Jewelrydays at at a gemology web-site. I received a very nasty email forwarded to my address. Jewelrydays was the store name at Ebay. They are listed as not registered. I was in touch w/several people at this company. I e-mailed them and informed them that the necklace did not look right. She said to let me know what the gemologist said; well, the turquoise was fake, and the stones were glued in. I informed them, and they responded with a canned response...it's real turquoise, blah, blah. I provided Jewelrydays with my gemologist's name, web-site, phone no., etc. It's strange that the e-mail from this company uses the same grammar... Anyway, I have not been in touch because I could not log in. Turns out I had the correct password! Then I had to find the password you sent me, it's the same. I've also had to trade in several computers. I have so many so-called consumer complaint orgs (including government agencies) to no avail. I have provided witnesses; other people that were sold fake goods by this store. Over & over again. What happens, so called disappearing "ink" or email? In any event, thank you for your assistance. Is there a way to call you? Lastly, I called JDays while they were still at Ebay to no avail; both the toll-free no. and the other. No response. From the beginning, I e-mailed them asking to return my money to Paypal as they accepted the package. Guess WHAT, the EMAIL WAS NOT RETURNED! I emailed them after their departure from Ebay. Maybe they are same company but under different management. I don't know. Please help me. I know that $80 is not a lot of cash to some, but I am disabled, and it is a lot of money to me. I have a dossier on my winning auction and wonderful piece of fake jewelry from Ebay's JDays; from AOL 5 to AOL 9! I keep everything. Anyway, I would like to volunteer. By the way, I have another witness that was also ripped off by JDays at Ebay. She is a seller herself! Well, I'm glad that I finally found you in my "Consumer Folder." Don't know why my password would not let me log in. Take care, please provide a phone no. if possible. Typing is very painful for me. Mr. Nikash R. was just one of the people that e-mailed me. I have a phone call, I'll be back.

JewelryDays.com interposes strong objection to these warrantless accusations as the same have no factual basis.

#9UPDATE Employee

Sat, May 06, 2006

This pertains to the email sent by a certain zbrashopper( 7 ) or Debbie of Laurel, Maryland to ripoffreport.com accusing JewelryDays.com of defrauding her. The management of JewelryDays.com interposes strong objection to these warrantless accusations as the same have no factual basis. First, our company is Harmony Diamonds, Inc. doing business as JewelryDays.com; Second, when JewelryDays.com was established in April 1, 2000, JewelryDays.com always been its name and no other, not as Jewelrydays or Reflecting Concepts, Inc. or bgconcepts; Third, JewelryDays.com has ever since been holding office at 550 South Hill Street, Suite 1600, Los Angeles, California, NEVER at Suite 892 or at any other location; Fourth, JewelryDays.com has, from the outset, been using Telephone Numbers (888) 989-5393 and (213) 622-3515, and Fax Number (213) 623-5357. We have never used any other telephone numbers other than these; And, Fifth, JewelryDays.com was on no account ever dealt with or had business relations with ebay.com. JewelryDays.com is engaged in on-line retail selling of jewelry items exclusively through the company's own website and through Amazon.com and by no other means. We do NOT have any connection with Jewelry Days of eBay. The foregoing facts can be checked or verified with the proper government agency. We therefore detest the unverified accusation which zbrashopper( 7 ) or Debbie has imputed against Harmony Diamonds, Inc., doing business as JewelryDays.com, thus besmirching the good reputation and maligning the good business standing of our company. In view hereof, we insist that the article regarding the subject matter published in the ripoffreport.com be edited so as to remove the portion where the name of JewelryDays.com is being impleaded. Thank you very much and anticipating for your prompt response on this matter. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Sara Culang www.JewelryDays.com 213-622-3515
