We sold an item on ebay that was listed with damage disclosed and pictures of the damage under ebay's no returns accepted policy on our listing.  The customer received the item and has buyer's remorese because he cant find a replacement pert.  The customer even acknowledged that the info was disclosed in the listing, but he wants to return it anyways and have us pay for the return shipping and issue a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping charges.

I contacted ebay to report the buyer as abusing the buyer protection guarantee.  eBay told me that due to a new policy, all sellers are now required to accept all returns regardless of fault and then once the item is returned, we can appeal the decisiion.  Crazy thing is, even if we win the appeal, we only get reimbursed by ebay on the return shipping.

  So all sellers, even when they win the appeal, they still lose the original shipping costs.  So if we win, we still lose.  This is honestly one of the most rediculous policies I have ever heard of.  It's unfair and immoral.  Ebay clearly has lost sight of who it is that actually pays them their billions of dollars each year.  I WANT JUSTICE and these internet giants to quit bullying the people that are paying them.
