Ebay Paypal ripoff allowed an individual to sell me illegally burned dvd's for 73.00 and when i disputed it and sent items back for additional 9.00 they still refuse to refund me Seller Lives In United Kingdom Internet
i bought the last 5th season of six feet under on ebay from a woman named allison jones in united kingdom for 77.00.when i received them they were homemade,burned dvd's,which is illegal, and they were of such poor quality they were worthless.
i paid through paypal and i had buyer protection as well as i thought the protection of the law. when i disputed this i followed the instructions of paypal and sent items back to her for an additional 9.00 and sent it through usps air which of couse can be tracked.in order to have a tracking number assigned to packge it was an additional 65.00 which i could not afford.the manager at the pakmail company said that with the transaction number and reference number it would not be a problem to follow it.when i emailed all the information to paypal they said info was invalid nd closed my case and put a hold on my account.i am now out the dvd's,77.00 and 9.00.i was under the impression that burning dvd's for resale was against the law but apparently paypal does not care.i am unable to reopen this case via email and whenever i call i get the runaround from customer service.please advise.i have the seller's name and address in united kingdom and i ould like for her to refund my money and if possible even be arrested.also i want paypal to pay both s and h for receipt and return of package.
