This isn't Ebay's or PayPal's responsibility. It is between you and the seller. Ebay and Paypal have nothing to do with how a seller ships you a package. Go after the seller, leave them negative feedback for one thing.

Your problem is with the seller. And if you file a claim with paypal about it being damaged, your claim sticks through, even IF YOU file on the last day of the 30 days.
