Why not let us know who the buyer was (seperate rip-off report) so we can be on the lookout in case he/she wants to buy from us.

Hi All, Still awaiting the outcome of paypal's appeals process but it's looking a bit of a grim outcome. Also got a neg feedback from the crook who stole my phone and eBay don't give a crap about removing this liable comment without a court order. Checked to see how much this would cost with my solicitor and he told me upto 400.00 inc. fees. This is getting beyond a joke now! One good thing I managed to do was get the phone barred & blacklisted from all UK networks (But I believe this was a lost cause because most stolen phones end up on the black market abroad where they can still be used) I'll let you know the outcome of PayPal's Appeals Process when they contact me. Thanks For looking.
