ebay inc bait and switch with $10 off coupon San Jose ca
eBay had an offer emailed to various members where if you sold an item by March 22nd 2014 you would get a $10 off coupon.
"SPECIAL OFFER
List and sell an item by March 22, 2014, and get a $10 eBay Coupon when it sells.**"
I receieved the coupon code in my email on March 28th, with a use by date of April 6th 2014. I tried using it March 30th and was informed there were insufficient funds in an error message.
According to others eBay is not honoring the coupons anymore with customer service telling people eBay does not have the funds.

Luckily the item I wished to purchase was a buy it now with payment needed immdiately or I would have been stuck with the full price of the item.

The link YOU provided shows a bunch of people who were issued replacement coupons which worked, which you neglected to mention.
So who's the real liar here?
