Bonnie and Clyde mobile ripoff's!!!

I just read these posts and was wondering. These names ring a bell. Dona Kickok and Ken Smith. Because I had the same company (by the name) come to my farm house in Gainesville FL. and worked on my tractor and left it in a mess. Never ran the same again. Got paid in full and would not return my calls.

Ken's mobile auto repair, did not give me a written bill and busted my farm tractor  They should be arrested for robbing me.

I've seen this type of complaint before. Seems collections are using a dailer then once customer picks up its all over!! Ebony Clewis, SHAME ON YOU!

Seems you were not quailified to work for the company but you lied to them about your back ground.

Your name came up on my caller ID more than once. I Googled your name (Ebony Clewis) and found you here on RipoffReport.com. I read your comments and find in favor of the company/person the filed the original complaint about you.



That being said there may be more than one person with the samr name (Ebony Clewis) but, odds are low. I have 3 accounts in collection and keep getting calls from Ebony Clewis and the number is from Mobile Alabama.

It is very obvious that the individual who wrote this is Scott Ely of National City Auto Group. On September 21, 2011 I listed a complaint against a company that he worked with called National City Auto Group. This company claimed that you could make money helping people modify their auto loans. The long story short is that I managed to do my part on one auto modification and never got paid the fee that was promised to me. $50.00 folks. I was employed as a contractor all of one week before I resigned.

Shortly after I had posted my complaint, this report about me was posted (just several days later). In one of my E-mails that I had sent to Scott, I had warned him that I was going to report him to every place that I could, if he did not pay me,  so that people would have the chance to be informed about his practices. 

Here are my questions Scott: If I called you from a collection agency then why did you not list the name of the company that I worked for? Also why did you not list the company phone number that I called you from and the address? The info you listed is neither of those pieces of information Scott. 

Next, why are you telling people not to hire me? What makes you think that I am looking for job if I called you from my place of employment? I am already hired. Employers are not looking to hire me if I am already hired somewhere Scott.  If I called you to collect a debt wouldn't you be more concerned with telling people to beware of me because I do not follow the FDCPA Laws? Wouldn't you also be more concerned with letting other borrowers know that I am rude and to report me on Rip-Off just like you did if I am the same way with them? You did not mention any of this Scott. 

I will answer those questions for you Scott. It is because you hired me to work for your company. Your company did not do as well as you wanted it to do and so you decided to just post something in retaliation towards me when all you had to do was pay me my $50.00 Scott. Well, Scott, this was another thing that you did not do very well. 

The only reason why you even used collection agency in your made-up story is because you have my resume, which states that I worked for a collection agency in the past. You want to play on the letters in my name and call me clueless. Well you are Scott E-LIE.  And for your information, collectors can call debtors/borrowers on Sundays. There is no law against that. I hope you have a good time with the Rip-off Report Scott.
