I just looked at their website and found this: What Happens Once I Submit My Order? When you place an order at eBuyPhentermine.com, you will receive phenomenal service and low pricing on all prescription and non-prescription items. 1. An associate case advisor will be assigned to process your order. The associate will contact the physician you provided in the medical questionnaire to request the medication you selected. It is imperative that the physicians contact information is accurate to avoid any delays in processing your order. 2. Once we receive approval from your physician and all of the medication's condition requirements have been met, your medication will be filled and shipped the same day to you by our US licensed Pharmacy. THEN THERE IS THIS... What Is Your Refund/Cancellation Policy? We are unable to accept returns or grant refunds for products once the order is placed. Due to federal law we are unable to accept returns of any prescription products. If your physician does not approve your prescription request and you are provided a non-prescription substitute product it can be exchanged with a prescription product only if a valid prescription can be provided in the future and the item is unopened. Looks like your doctor did not approve the medicine you wanted so you got a non-perscription substitute product in its place and are not entitled to a refund.

You better be glad you did not receive phentermine because according to Wikipeida.org : Phentermine is still available by itself in most countries, including the U.S. However, because it is similar to amphetamines, it is classified as a controlled substance in many countries. Internationally, phentermine is a schedule IV drug under the Convention on Psychotropic Substances.[1] In the United States, it is classified as a Schedule IV controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act. without a perscription, not legal to possess (unless I read that wrong).
