  On August 2,2016 I placed an order with ecayons. On August 4, 2016 they removed the money from my bank it is now August 27, 2016 and my order is still pending. I have made many phone calls but there message box is full and cannot except any new messages. I have sent 2 emails and cannot get a response. On the web site there is a button to contact them I did that 4 times and no response. I have asked them to either send me my product or refund my money no response to that. I lost a large order because they would not respond to me. I am a senior citizen and I make jwelery to help with my income maybe $12.33 dollars is not alot of money to some people but to me that is bread and milk. Ecayons claim that there cuatomers are the most imoprtant to them, well I cant say that is true because they do not bother to contact there customers to let them know what the problem is with your order,and they dont clear there voice messages so you can at least call and leave a message.
