My refrigerator broke and someone came and chrcked it. First they charged me $100 for one piece even though I had paid $600 upfront when signing the contract for "Appliances Warranty and Maintenance." When the person came teo werks later with the replacement part, he told me something else was broken - Thank you retard you should have noticed this the first time. I then had to pay $400 for the broken part and I was already two weeks without refrigerator OR freezer. The new piece was supposed to arrive in 3 days. One (1) whole month has gone by (plus 2 weeks) without having a working refrigerator or freezer. The people from the parts department kept lying every single day I called: Yes, I called every single day and they kept telling me "Its arriving tomorrow" Every time I complained they said they had no control over the parts they order. This is by far the worst conpany I have ever had to deal with in the US!!! They should be audited and probably shut down because they are lying and ripping off their customers.
