Eco Canteen ECO CANTEEN IS A MAJOR RIP OFF - THEY CHARGED $30 PER BOTTLE VS $9.99 Charlotte North Carolina
I placed the order for 4 adult bottles and 2 children. The day after placing the order, I canceled the order because I received an email that the total is $170. I received the product 4 weeks later even though I cancelled.
Don't do business with this company.
They say it's only $9.99 but theycharge huge shipping prices. Each bottle totaled $30 per bottle, not $9.99. My shipping was $70 for 6 bottles. What a rip-off. I am returning this junk.
You can't even call anyone. Their Customer Service is by Chat only. The Customer Service could not even spell English correctly when they typed. They must be overseas for it to take 4 weeks to receive.
Buy American products!!!

of the "free" insulated tote? I looked at the ordering page and it appears not. This is unethical because while you tout it as "free", it's just another cost you can ding consumers with whether they like it or not and there is no way to refuse it. Your page is also unsecured. The page that you fill out your credit card info on is not secure. There is no SSL certificate and/or encryption on the page. It doesn't matter that there are little "secured" and "credit card safe" logos on the bottom. That doesn't mean squat. I can put those logos on my website, but it doesn't mean it's secure. Both IE and Firefox do not come up with any kind of SSL certificate, which means it does not exist. I wouldn't put my credit card info on it.
