Eco Canteen This is a real scam-rip off Pico Rivera, California
I want everybody knows how this company works before they place an order. I got an e-mail to order the Eco Canteen water bottles at a very good price. when I read about it it seems very interesting, because I'm very health conscious, and I was looking for a good stainless steel water bottles, and since they were offering free insulated totes, I ended ordering 2 adults bottles for 9.99 each total $19.98 and 2 child bottles at 3.95 total $7.90 the total amount was $27.88 up to here it was sounds good.. but when I placed the order on Saturday night the shipping was $41.60 that gave me a ridiculous grand total of $69.48. Immediately I tried to cancel the order with no luck, because this company has no way to do this, the costumer service they provide at the bottom of the invoice is just to answer general questions on line but no with a human person. well i waited until monday morning to call the c.s. #888-229-9543 and this is a joke too. All I need to do is wait until I receive the merchandise to return it with the 15% stocking fee they are going to deduct from my total and hopefully they credit the difference to my debit card. I learned the hard way please don't let this happen to you. THIS IS NOT AN HONEST COMPANY BELIEVE ME. AN HONES ONE WILL TELL YOU AT FRONT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHIPPING COSTS AND A VALID COSTUMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER.
