It is discouraging to see such a negative comment from a customer and we apologize if you feel the Customer Service Representative you spoke with to cancel the order was rude. As with most smaller online retailers, it does take approximately one business day for orders to download to the customer service database so you were informed correctly on that. Per your request the order was cancelled on 7/16 when you contacted us. We would like to point out that the shipping/handling charges are displayed twice in the content of our website, a 3rd time in the flash banner at the top of the website, a 4th time within the commercial that plays on the website, and a 5th and final time in the OFFER DETAILS at the bottom of the website. There should be no confusion on any of our prices. Eco Canteen has also made every attempt to inform the customer that when they click the PROCESS ORDER button that they actually submit their order. Also, it is very difficult to mistakenly order the deluxe upsell offer because on each of our upsell pages, the price is clearly displayed on the page, as well as there is a prominent YES or NO button the customer may click to either add the item to the order, or choose to decline the offer by pressing NO. If you have any further concerns or would like to speak to a rep directly please call our customer service line at 888.229.9543 Monday - Friday 9 a.m. 5 p.m. EST (we do close daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. EST).
