I went online to ecyclebest.com to get a quote to sell my cell phone. They returned a option of $143 and sent a postage paid box. I sent my phone in, it was received, according to their online site, on 09/03/14, and I was told it would take up to 6 business days to evaluate and finalize an amount.

I have yet to hear anything from them (phone or email) and when I checked my online account, it still shows the status "received". I've attempted to call them on three different phone numbers (888-821-1143 and 888-634-4409) and only got a receptionist on the non-toll free number (757-857-1878). She transferred me to "Brian" and I left a voicemail.

Other than that, I have been unable to make contact with customer service to understand the progress of my sale. My phone was purchased within the last year and was in good condition with minor cosmetic flaws. I started to do research online and learned the company has had some questionable practices, with not one good review available. I would like assistance getting my device back so I can sell it to a reputable company. PLEASE HELP
