Eddie Bogwardt operates an ongoing scam, posing as an eBay store called StarTronics (AKA Audio Digital Center, Inc at 3108 Wilshire Boulevard

Santa Monica, CA 90403-2304 Fax: 310-829-9085 [email protected], [email protected] ) he contracts with members of the public, placing their items for sale on eBay, but when the item sells and StarTronics ships it to the buyer, and pay the original owner (StarTronic's customer) 70% of the sale price minus $9.95 per item (for the eBay listing). Eddie Bogwardt of Startronics had 8 contracts with me to sell 8 of my items, and Star Tronics did that, for which they received a total of $340.97 (see the list below). They are supposed to keep 30%, and the remaining 70%, $238.68 is due me, minus the listings fees. Their listing fees are $9.95 x 8 item = $79.60, so the total StarTronics owes me is $159.08.

At first they said they were waiting for the payments from the buyers. Then, 2 months later Eddie Bogwardt said the "payment is going out today," then months went by, and there was no response to multiple phone calls, emails, or faxes. I contacted the Better Business Bureau who contacted Mr. Bogwardt at StarTronics and he now is claiming then that *I* owed him $220!!! Can you imagine the gall of this guy to rip me off for $160 and then claim I owed him money!! Stay away from this guy and StarTronics either at their location, or on eBay at all costs -- because they will COST YOU a bundle.

1) I have the original contracts for each of the 8 items that were sold on eBay by Startronics.

(I can fax these to you if necessary). But you can also verify the items were sold viewing

each of the eBay item #s. (You may need to log-in to an eBay.com account to view these, or

else create a free account):

2) I sent Startronics numerous faxes, emails, and even a certified letter but he NEVER responded.

Despite him having my email, phone, fax #, and address. I have documented proof of this because

the faxes were sent via eFax which keeps logs and sends receipts. The certified letter was sent via

USPS' online certified letter system, which also keep logs.

3) Back in February, Mr. Bogwardt CONFIRMED TO ME IN PERSON THAT ALL THE ITEMS *WERE SOLD*

as well as over the phone to two of my personal assistants, D. Hawkins & J.Huang. Indeed he indicated

at that time that payment was being sent that day.

4) I tried to mediate this through the LA Better Business Bureau. Eddie Bogwardt, Owner of Startronics, outright lied, claiming that all my items were "junk" -- despite the fact that he sold all of them on eBay to eBay buyers who received them and paid for them. You, or anyone, can confirm for yourself by visiting those links above to confirm they were all sold, and feel free to contact the buyers, as I did, to confirm they were all paid for and received. So Bogwardt's bogus claims for "storage" and extra money are patently false.

The man is a low-life con artist who rips off unsuspecting customers, takes their items, sells them on eBay, and then denies everything.

Steer clear of this jerk, he's nothing but an slimy snake out to rip you off.
