Complaint Review: Eden-Barn Industries - Carson City Nevada

ok, first of all....EB stop threatening to sue everyone.  You do not have a leg to stand on in court.  I don't care how many people bad mouth you...you have taken money and have yet to do what you said you were going to do, so there is not a court in the land who will rule in your favor..pure and simple.

Here is a list of the items that EB is going to do for humanity:

*build eco villages in Africa and employ hundreds of people to run them

*build a super theme park in Arizona with the theme of "America".  There will be a monument to our service men and women that is so huge that it will be seen from space.

*a magnetic train that will run across America and will service all the major airport hubs.

This is just a sample of what EB has in mind for its members.  I admit, it sounds wonderful and Mr. Stempfer is a charismatic kind of guy, but seriously.....its a dream..he is a dreamer!

My wife and I have been members for awhile and we have yet to see anything proving what is going on..we just get random emails with a bunch of reterick stating this is going to happen and that is going to happen...well...make it happen already!!

How about all the people who have lost their homes waiting for you to get your act together? 

I am just sick of hearing about how you are going to sue everyone....if you were as assured of your product, of your company, then you would not react everytime someone posts a bad review of your company.  Obviously you feel that by threatening to sue that everyone will shut up..guess what..we won't shut up, and the Federal goverment is starting to listen to our complaints...what are you going to do? sue them? good luck with that.

FALSE ACCUSATION:

Mr. Brent Wood of 4739 Laramie Sky Dr. Colorado Springs, CO joined Eden-Barn Association and subsequently formed a Family Limited Partnership in the State of Nevada based on the Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 88 (NRS#88), thus, accepting Eden-Barn Asset Management, Inc. as the General Partner at their own free will. Mr. Brent Woods claim of a scam is not just invalid, but contradicting to what Eden-Barn had offered to accommodate his request.  We can only surmise that Woods plan is to do harm to Eden-Barn and its Members.

TO DATE: Brent Wood has copied someone elses false  accusations and uses the same means of extortion against the whole body of Eden-Barn and its Association Members by creating emotional and physical harm to its very existence.

EDEN-BARN FOUNDATION

Since its formation in 1984, the focus of Eden-Barn began with the enhancement and facilitation of philanthropic ways to create a positive atmosphere where a common pool of solutions can be achieved to truly find inspired ways to overcome social, economic and logical inequality that affects the needy around the world.  The charitable non-profit Eden-Barn Foundation was formed in 1999 on the principal of assisting orphaned, destitute children and elderly people through a worldwide humanitarian project of constructing sustainable eco-villages. Eden-Barn Foundations Chairman, Mr. Frank Stempfer spoke about this concept in January 1999 to 50 United Nations Ambassadors and Delegates attending a World Family Wellness conference where Eden-Barns vision for eco-villages worldwide was widely embraced. Eden-Barn Association, a universal non-profit membership cooperative, was formed in 2007 to afford like-minded people the opportunity to participate as a member in support of Eden-Barn Foundations worldwide humanitarian outreach. In 2008, with the housing collapse in our own country, Mr. Stempfer stepped forward to arrange for capital contributions for those qualified Members who had formed a Family Limited Partnership (FLP) in the State of Nevada, with Eden-Barn Asset Management acting as the General Partner (GP). With the lengthy financial negotiations behind us, the GPs ability to provide a capital contribution for those Members holding a FLP  in good standing is imminent.

Eden-Barn refuses to be silent any longer when slanderous and defaming statements are made about this organization. Libel and Slander against Eden-Barn Foundation, Mr. Frank Stempfer and Senior Executive Members will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law. The comments and accusations made by Mr. Brent Wood are beyond reproach. Mr. Stempfer nor any person working for Eden-Barn ever stated that he was a self-made millionaire, nor insinuated that he has been a member or worked under any United States Administration or President Reagan Administration.  Eden-Barn is the holder of many types of assets and high-tech technologies under written contract and a fully equipped manufacturing facility with substantial large signed contracts is in place for product delivery.

FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP:

Eden-Barn Asset Management Inc. engages the services of Corporate Services of Nevada to assist Eden-Barn Association Members with the forming of a Family Limited Partnership as an Estate Planning tool designed to protect the asset of the qualified Limited Partner.  Once an individual or family joins Eden-Barn Association with dues of $250.00 it provides a Member the opportunity to form a Family Limited Partnership (FLP) should they so desire at a cost of $1,750.00.  The FLP may choose any qualified asset manager as their General Partner.  Mr. Grace requested to expedite the formation of the Family Limited Partnership and therefore sent the extra $200.00 that the State of Nevada requests for expediting this service.  (The $1,300 cost for forming and registering the Family Limited Partnership and $450.00 to Eden-Barn Asset Management, Inc. for services rendered = $1,750.00.) Monies outside of the formation of the LP are held in escrow by the General Partner on behalf of the Limited Partner until such time a financial contribution is provided by the General Partner.

Eden-Barns legal department has begun the process of diligence and will take aggressive steps to protect the interest of our company, employees, members and L.Ps.  An investigation is under way to uncover all persons participating in slandering the company.  Any and all available legal means will be used to protect this organization from all attempts to slander or libel, including seeking damages caused by any person or business actions. This is an assault by Mr. Brent Wood on Eden-Barn, our Members and the Association as a whole.

I was introduced to a company called Eden-Barn (EB) by a friend of ours who is now also a victim of this scam also.   We were scammed for $1,750.   We were scammed by a man named John Alberts in Colorado Springs, CO who was promoting a humanitarian real estate scam, Eden-Barn.   John was promoting membership in the company (EB).   John Alberts made a variety of claims leaving one with the impression that once you have been accepted by Eden-Barn and they formed your Limited Partnership (LP) it would be about 90 days and your LP would be funded with 3.25%  loan by Eden Barn on your existing home.   Payments would be equal to a 15 year note interest only. John Alberts, (tel: 719-388-3003) claimed that Eden-Barn was funded by a self made millionaire name Frank Stempfer.   Eden-Barn Industries in Canada is not what it was represented to be.   Eden-Barn is a shell company whose only address, 10154 St Sw Suite 1130, Calgary, AB,T2R 1J4 (or, 1015 4 St. SW Suite 1130, Calgary, AB., T2R I J4)   and telephone number, 403-252-9937 , is the law firm that acts as the resident agent.   Frank Stempfer (Uncle Frank) is not a millionaire philanthropist, was never a member of the Reagan Administration, and is a con. The Eden-Barn literature   states, Eden Barn is an asset holding company mines, precious metals, manufacturing distribution, research and development, telecommunication and real estate. None of this is true.   We have a variety of documents to support our claim.   To date there are at least 250 other people who have been scammed by Sandy, Frank and David Thawley In Las Vegas Eden-Barn is represented and promoted by   David   and Julia Thawley, 2036 Oliver Spring St., Henderson NV 89052-8523.   Mr. Thawley tried to convince a friend of mine he was   a victim also but he continues to promote Eden-Barn.   Eden-Barn is a company promoted by John Alberts  in Colorado Springs, CO claiming to be able to arrange low interest home loans after paying an upfront fee of $1,750. Eden-Barn has funded no loans to date.
