They are incompetent.  They don’t have the technology or understanding of how to do what they have promised.

 

They are dishonest.  Their business model is designed around providing as little value as possible for full charge.

 

They are poor managers.  They do not communicate to their employees the desires or concerns of their customers. I and my neighbors have had very bad experiences with this company.

 

They show up unannounced, run around the outside of the house for 5 -10 minutes when you are not home, and send you a full bill. After consistently complaining to them for a full year about the ants everywhere in my walls, I finally fired them.  (I had to pay a large fee to fire them.) 

 

Then I learned that they didn't have the know-how or products to address my pest issue. If you don't have a pest problem you would probably like them. But if you have a need, you will be sorry you hired them!
