Editor & Chief Review Inc no refuns as promised after I sent all the info that was requested within 3 days as requested my cust. # is 617059 have called many times my purchase date was 8/23/09 Naples, Florida
On 8/23/09 a young lady came to my door trying to sell magazine subscriptions to earn "points" towards a trip. I was reluctant to buy anything as we do not have it in our budget but she promised me that if I changed my mind I had 3 days to cancel & get a full refund. I did so that day, I didnt have the heart to tell her no & go away. From now on this is what I will have to do. I was told by this company to call the bank & fax over a copy of my check before they could refund my money...which I did htey confirmed that they did recieve the fax & promised me a full refund that week. I waited & nothing & to this day 10-19-09 still havent recieved my refund! I would like some help with this & am afraid that I will NEVER see my refund! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER! I have talked to many people in cust. svc who have promised me a refund within that week I am still waiting!!
