Walter this is not a debate and I am an employee of edpreporting perhaps not the one your speaking about. As I've stated in my rebuttal above we do not and have not pre screened any one for a prepaid debit card over the phone. We are not a finicial advisory for loans. This is STRICTLY an online order (not thur a third party)Anyone can go on the internet and fill out the application without being prescreened as you so put it. Only completed and submitted online orders results in a CHARGE. Once Again WALTER this is an internet online order not a OVER the phone order. You have the option of reading and deciding if you want to be charged the processing fee or not, by not giving your personal information until you have read and understood the TERMS and CONDITIONS this is also done on the internet NOT BY A PHONE CALL TO A REP as you so put it.

In response to Bridgett whom I take works for this company that stole money from my checking account I did fill out your application on the internet before I was e-mail with the phone number from your company to called back to speak to one of your representative and told him that I didn't want the service and I don't see any attempt to refund my money back to me that you taken out of my checking so what is up with that.
