I bought this car on August 7th, 2021 for my new job as a travel manager which I had to quit because I could not get to my assignments. Aug 13th EPC Light Came On Service Appointment

Aug 16th 2021 8am. Car returned to me on Aug 17th 2021. Replaced Crank Position Sensor

Sept 17th EPC Light on Again. Service Appointment Sept 20, 2021, 8am Car returned to me on Oct 1st, 2021. . Replaced Crank Position Sensor

Oct 8th, 2021- EPC Light On Again Car was towed to dealership because it would not start. Had to take PTO from work. Service Appointment Oct 8th, 2021 Car returned to me on Oct 16th, 2021 Said they could not find a problem but They replaced the fuel pump, air intake valve, and fuel filter. Oct 29th, 2021 Car would not start had to be towed to the dealership.

Car returned to me on Nov 1st, 2021 they replaced the battery Had to take PTO from work.

December 9th, 2021 car had to be towed again because the car would not start.

Car returned to me on Dec 10th, 2021 They replaced the heater core and claimed the reason it wouldn't start is low on gas, (it had a half tank of gas).

On December 10th, 2021 I quit driving the car to work because Edwards told me if I was out of town when the car broke down that it would be my responsibility to get the car back to Council Bluffs if it broke down. I was driving to Des Moines Iowa and Lincoln Nebraska for my job as a travel manager it was the whole reason, I bought a car. I would drive my car and park it at my mom’s house in Council Bluffs and take Her 2021 Kia to work.

Dec 23rd and Dec 25th car would not start for half the day.. Dec 25th Jan 15th, Jan 30, Feb 3rd, Feb 5th Feb 19th and until February 20, 2022 car would not start The car decides when it will start It is currently sitting at my workplace because it would not start to have a service appointment 02/21/2022.

At my service they refused to service my car or give me a different car even tho I bought the extended warranty. They told me I bought the car and it's my problem now and to contact Volkswagon because I refused to pay them a diagnostics fee because they have told me they cant diagnose the problem so why should I pay them a fee. For the last two days, the car has not started. I called Volkswagon and they are no help either they tell me it falls on the dealership unless I pay them a diagnostic fee.

Once again they had already had my car three times and not fixed it and why should I pay for money for a car that does not work when I already pay almost $500 a month to borrow my mom's car so I can get to work and anywhere else. I don't have the money to buy another car and pay the payments for one that doesn't work. This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company.

I never knew that a company would knowingly screw over its customers on a daily basis and still be in operation. They won't fix my car or give me a different one. They refuse to take or return my calls. If you need a car then purchase in Omaha. I have been treated better by the buy here pay here lots that I have used at least then you expect the car to have problems and they will at least fix the car or get you a different one.
