I ordered 2 Kohler parts from these people. I called, placed the order, paid with a credit card and the customer service rep verified both parts were "in stock". I went ahead with the order with the Kohler parts vs another brand (to match the finish) because of the fact they were verified to have the products.

I received only one of the parts about 3 days later. I called their "customer service" and I started getting a song and dance routine about how "well someone else must have gotten the part". It fell on deaf ears to the woman that I was assured the part I had paid for with an order already processed was being shipped to me.

She then puts me on hold and says she will call and fin out what is "going on". A few minutes later she comes back on line with the same crap about the part must have shipped to someone else. She then tells me the part is "back ordered" from Kohler and she just called them for me to find out is will not be available until October.

I find out later from Kohler directly they aren't even making the finish in this part until October, more likely until November at the earliest. In a nutshell Efaucets will lie and tell you anything to complete a sale.

To make it even better, despite their lies they want to charge a restocking fee of 20% and make me pay for shipping to return the other part which is essentially useless.
