I know im not the only one that has had problems canceling there accounts with efax if you try canceling your account they say wait 2 months theyll be free. after the 2 months the account doesnt close...

Today i took a shot at canceling and they tried peddling there 2 free months so i just kept saying no i dont want your 2 months cancel the account now and eventually she said "fine i respect your decision to cancel your account it has been canceled" now i cant log on so hopefully it really is canceled (either way i changed my card numbers)

to cancel your account they make you go to there live chat and wont do it over the phone
