EFT group Effective Fitness Training EFT group started to charge my credit card even after I canceled my contract they overcharged and when I asked for answers they sent my personal info to collection agencies and other companies. philadelphia, Pennsylvania
I started to join retro fitness on october 4th 2010 Joe the manager told me I needed a personal trainer I agreed and sighned a contract but he said I can cancel at any time,I worked out 2 monthes and did not loose a pound I came to Joe and complained that I am paying for nothing he checked my weight and body fat and said I was working out with wrong personal trainer I found out they gave me a bodybuilder who never trained a woman and does not know a womans body,Joe said he will find a woman personal trainer for me and asked if I could just cancel my old contract and he will sighn a new contract starting january 1st,I asked what will happen with my december payment and downpayment? Joe said they will give me free 2 months pass since it was paid, happily I came home and January of 2011 I started working out with new personal trainer during my first 20 min 2 ladies came to my trainer and begged to solve their problem with EFT but trainer said she cant EFT just do this kind of ripoffs to many people and since she works for them she cant complain.I worked out with new contract for 1 months and i paid for first monthes and last ,february of 2011 they wanted me to pay I said Brian Ray the district manager was on phone told me he will use my old contract 2 months money towards february and march but they said Brian is not the boss,so i called Brian Ray and explained to him he asked me to come to gym to solve and after looking up their computer he said they made a mistake and I dont owe them anything and He will take care of it.After march I got very nasty phone calls from EFT and they want me to pay them money they even said they will sue me and they do not know Brian Ray.I was shocked to hear that but EFT kept calling my cellphone and started abusing me .I called Brian several times and he said he solved it already I personally came to Brian and asked to make a call but he refused and started to act like he never spoke with me,I told my personal trainer she is a witness of everything and even my personal trainer said this is what they do everybody take thir money and pretend that it never happened she also said she lost a lots of customers due to thier pipoff.I have a proof of contracts and phone calls from EFT and others.
