This report was filed the same week that the Owner's girlfriend at the time moved out of his house. Her being angry at him due to personal interests has driven her to try to hurt his company and employees that are indirectly effected by this report. She has never bought a single item from us online and does not qualify as a customer of our company. She has no right to try to ruin the reputation of a company that I've worked so hard to make successful. On top of that she basically copy/pasted this SAME REPORT 3 times. If it is at all possible could you please at least detract the other repeated posts? Finally, as you can tell she lied and said that she was from Virginia posing as a customer. However, the subject clearly states that she is from Springfield, MA. The same city as my boss's ex-girlfriend.

Yes, we sell used products but we never send anything out that we know for a fact is broken. We test all of our problem items and are always willing to replace any defective/broken item a customer may unfortunately receive. Bribing customers is against ebay policy and there is no way we would still be in business if we did that. Saying we don't insure our items is just pure fabrication, we use BuySafe to bond all of our customers purchases. I have been with this company for over two years and find it incredibly insulting that someone would come up with these lies about our company seemingly to spite its owner.

Yes we have an ebay company and a store in Framingham, MA. We are one of the largest sellers on ebay and are very trustworthy. We sometimes get returns from best buy but never state them as new. We always help every customer that has an issue and they can email or call ([email protected]) (ph#508-620-9611). We do get negatives from customers who are quick to give them out and who dont read our ads but we always help them if they want to return or get money back for any reason. Selling on ebay for 9 years now and growing we are proud to offer hard to find games to our customers at a great overall price including shipping.
