Eggies GPM Followed their return instructions and only got a partial refund, Internet
I went to the website and placed an order for Eggies. I really didn't need 2 sets, but I did not have the option to only get one. So I entered 2 in the quantity box, then went through page after page of additional offers, all of which I declined. Finally I concluded my purchase, and like others reported, I was not able to double check my order before final checkout. I saw the amount charged only after the pruchase was concluded, and I realized that I was charged $51.96. I went back into the website to find that 1 set of Eggies is actually 2 sets, so when I entered quantity 2, I really ordered 4!
I called, and as reported, no one was there, on a Saturday. I called Monday and was told they didn't see an order. Then I saw the deduction from my debit card. When I called again, they said it was already shipped, but when I got the order, I should just write "Refused" on the box and send it back, and I would get a refund. I did - for $20.00! When I called them once more, they said they only refunded the product amount, not the $31.96 shipping! So no product, and out almost $32! I filed a duspute with my bank. If the product is really so good, they could make their money on sales, not on shipping. RIPOFF!
