eglobal wireless inc. Laptops for Xmas what a joke! Boca Raton, Florida
I purchased 2 netbooks in fun colors for my daughters for xmas. It took forever for them to get here and they only came when I filed a report with ebay/paypal. They arrived on xmas eve. The girls opened them and we thought they would be perfect...however they don't allow you to always get online and if you do you can't do anything with them.
Now they won't even allow us online. I have contacted them without response... They never answer their phone and you van never chat live although it is offered. I want a refund and they want to charge a 25% restocking fee...These are the worst computers and this company is horrible! Beware do not buy anything from them. :(
