Ordered a netbook; it never got shipped. Emailed, called and even tried their online chat, nothing! I reported it as a fraud to my credit card company then emailed them to cancel the order. They of course responded to that stating that my order was back ordered and will be shipped shortly. I re-iterated that I wanted to cancel my order. They replied withing minutes that my netbook was scheduled to be shipped. I again, emailed stating to cancel my order. They then sent an email stating they have a 25% cancelation fee (crazy right!) and that they don't cancel during holiday rush season. Are they insane or what? Needless to say, this is report two of many that I am making. I've flagged them with my credit card company. Reported them on BBB and taking it to the state attorney general for VA and FL as well as putting a report in with the FBI! Consumers...Beware!
