I have been dealing with this company since March. I paid for my unit and still to date have not recieved it. This Tiffany person made promise after promise after promise, and to date they took my money and have not sent the unit. I try and call they pick up and hang up the phone. They are rip offs dont order from them!

Dear Valued Client, As a representative of the company we ask that you follow proper lost or delayed shipments guidelines. If you claim that an item has not been received it must first be brought to the attention of the company and then to the postal service. When dealing with items being shipped to other states and countries there are instances where the postal office will hold the clients item for signature. If they do not sign, it is then sent back to the return company address. Please note that you should have received a lost or delayed shipment form to fill out and fax to the company. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask that before you choose to slander the company name that you please follow all guidelines.
