eharmony says in their commercials that you can log on and fill out your profile and see whom youd get matched up with. They make it sound like in their commercials that everyone who does that will meet the love of their life.

Believing their claims, I logged on, filled out my profile, and low and behold they told me they had no matches for me. Couldn't match me up with anyone. Why didn't they have any matches for me, so I could meet the love of my life on here too?

I think all those people in those commercials are actors. Eharmony shouldn't make those false claims about everyone meeting the love of their life on their site if when you sign up, they can't match you with anyone.

Are you ready to fall in love they say? But they can't match you up with anyone when you fill out your profile. If you want to fall in love, you have to go elsewhere, because you can't on here with anyone.

They are nothing but liars and scam artists it seems. Then when you try to log back in to try to change your profile it says they have no matches for you. And how do those supposed couples on tv meet through this site if when you log on they have no matches for you?

I agree with the original post, although ive never used e-harmony or any other online matching service. And i understand what they were trying to accomplish by editing profile. By now most people understand that all dating , or matching services online are rediculous to begin with. You dont need a computer to randomly pick a soulmate , husband or wife or even lover. And if your paying for the services, well thats almost like buying a hooker or a male hooker, sorry just my opinion. But no one needs anyone to find them somone. Everyone has something beautiful about them and someone interested in that beauty will acknowledge and be attracted to that wonderful trait and then its up to them and God to decide where that relationship will go. As far as the stupid comment from the rebuttle, i think its rediculous to assume that someone has to have an agenda to come to ripoff.com, other than to voice a ripoff. Also, why would you come to ripoff.com in defense....especially to the e-harmony posts?

An alleged Ripoff Report identical to this one appears under a different name (Jan from Bismark, North Dakota), posted last October. To wit: eharmony says in their commercials that you can log on and fill out your profile and see whom you'd get matched up with. They make it sound like in their commercials that everyone who does that will meet the love of their life. Believing their claims, I logged on, filled out my profile, and low and behold they told me they had no matches for me. Couldn't match me up with anyone. I think all those people in those commercials are actors. Eharmony shouldn't make those false claims about everyone meeting the love of their life on their site if when you sign up, they can't match you with anyone. Nothing but liars and scam artists it seems. Then when you try to log back in to try to change your profile it says they have no matches for you. That is ridiculous. And how do those supposed couples on tv meet through this site if when you log on they have no matches for you? Jan bismark, North Dakota U.S.A. So what's the scoop? Do you work for Match.com or something? Or do you just like posting fake Ripoff Reports? Blaine
