Add me to the list of individuals ripped off by eharmony's policy of billing without permission. I explained to the customer service rep that it didn't make sense that I did not renew my subscription when I received offers to do so at a discounted rate, yet eharmoney applied a full-price membership to my charge card. Her response was "it's not about what makes sense."

I agree with the person who said they make it difficult to undo automatic renewal and even renew fraudulently if you select this option. I am not finished with these crooks yet.
