eHarmony Terrible customer service, misleading advertising Santa Monica California
Consumer beware of eHarmony. I have 2 issues with using their service. 1st, I live in a city with population of just over a million. But yet about 95% of the matched eHarmony sent me are "active over a month ago". Which means they are no longer avaliable. The bottom line is here is they do not tell the truth about how many female members they really have. When asked they skirt the issue saying all people are unique.
Sounds like corporate CYA speak. 2nd, they will cancel your account without warning and no reason. It cannot be restored, you are welcome to start over with a new email because you cannot use your existing email again. I feel my account was cancelled because I had it auto renewing at a very low rate per month and now they want a new account at a much higher rate. And last it take forever for their customer service to respond to any questions. Calling them is equally worthless.
