Sweet heart your husband has a very lengthy criminal history at the courthouse.In fact the whole family does.Criminal history that includes the very crime that you are trying to dispel.Ask him about a case which was heard in court and the judgement was against him in the amount of $2090.00 filed by Mr.& Mrs.Roger Young dated 4-13-2016. (If you need it,the case number is 2016CV2810100307 which is on public record on the Kershaw County courthouse website.) Ask him about the man from Arizona from whom he took $1100.00 and never did the job.Ask him about the soldier from Jackson AFB that he took money from and never did the job.Ask me about my money he took from me and never did the job.Ask him about Farmers Furniture from whom he received furniture but never paid for.Ask him about case number M965176CSW in which he was charged with Breach / Breach of trust with fraudulent intent, value $2,000 or less for which he pled guilty too.Look at other posters comments on this webpage that are identical in nature.Do I need to continue? Don't degrade yourself by covering for him.As you can see,my statement are facts that are based on courtroom transcripts and my personal experience with him,not my opinion.So I think I've shown my facts are straight.They have been proven in a court of law many times over.I know sometimes the truth burns but it is what it is and always will be..

 First off I would like to say as the wife of Erik Knudson, this report is not just to take my husband's side. With this being said I would like to continue with this rebuttal. My husband has never written any bogus receipts, yes they are out of a store bought receipt book but are 100%legitite. Next I'd like to say my husband does hand out business cards but which business owner doesn't however the only time he asks for a deposit on the job is when material needs to be bought or half the job is done and his kids may need something so he may ask for a draw. Next he does have insurance that he pays on monthly and he licensed and bonded. Therefore whoever has written this report is lying and needs to make sure they get facts straight or prove what your saying is true. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

His daddy Audie Knudson owns property at xx Kellytown Rd. in Lugoff which was sold to him by (none other than) Erik Knudson back a few years ago.Erik's sister Julie owns property at xx Confederate Rd in Kershaw (which is where I believe Erik stays) but Julie stays at xx Cherokee Rd. in Easley.I'm guessin he stays there and gets cheap rent or maybe even free.I filed a civil suit againt him at both Kellytown Rd. and Confederate Rd. addresses back in November.I'm just waitin to hear from the Lugoff magistrates office.Mama Maureen died a few years back.Maybe they got some insurance scam money and bought land so they can all live for free on mamas dime.I believe they would even use her to do their dirty work.None the less,the whole family is a bunch of snakes who have all been to court many times for everything from drugs to breach of trust.See for yourself by searching Kershaw County public records and court records and type in the last name.

     This is almost verbatim to what I experienced with this guy. Gave me a receipt and told me hed start work and take 2-4 weeks to complete. Took half up front and other half at completetion. Here I sit with $1000 gone and a mess still yet to be attended to. I ll make sure the proper handling of this situation happens and that this guy does do this to anyone else. Cant trust anyone to be a man of their word anymore.
