This is a variation of Advanced Fee Fraud, it is perpetrated via the mail system instead of email. I am a fraud victim advocate, the best advice that I can give to anyone receiving such communication no matter how it is presented to you is this. Think logically...... who in this world would EVER give you millions of dollars for nothing? Have you entered a sweepstakes in another country? is it legal to enter a sweepstakes in another country?. They just happened to have your contact information and want your bank acocunt information that is the bottom line. Please Please throw such letters away they arent worth the paper they are written on and the person sending it is lower than a flea on the food chain. Scammers have no conscience and take no mercy DONT fall victim!
