Americas Servicing Company im losing my house Rosemount Minnesota
im a married mother of 3 one of which is autistic so times are rough so here i am going through americas servicing company and they get this i payed this month 1,783.64 which i clearly on my lending disclosure says i am to pay 24 payments of 1,370.63 till 1/1/08 ok so here i payed 1,783.64 and 1,370.63 went towards interest and the rest went to escrow ok they are saying my escrow is short but every month i have different amounts i am not in an interest only loan at all why is my original loan of 215,000 still a principal balance of 215,000 when i have proof to show that im not in an interest only loan when i asked this company about this they didnt have anything to say and nowas of jan 1st 2008 my new payment will be 2,353.62 ummmm ok i make 2,400 after taxes so im sapose to support my kids with what then ok i cant sale my house cause i owe more then it is worth and i cant refinace cause i have less then 5$ equity i am screwed so now im goin yto take all 3 my kids from the only home they have ever known have forclosure on my record and yeah my autisic daughter already knows we are moving and is already showing signs of anxiety so this will be great its bullshit and there is nothing i can do ive talked to a lawyer the mest up thing the same company who i refinanced with to get to this company has a class action lawsuit right now for illegaly getting ppls info from the credit bereau or something yeah nice to know that is who i went through ive been sold left and right and this company is screwing me royaly with out the vaseline its bullshit my kids have to go through this americas servicing company is pocketing my money and i can do nothing i hope no other suker gets stuck with the worlds worst mortgage company i never had a choice i was sold to them
oh yeah p.s thanx congress for not only useing my child and others as your experiment for vaccines but for screwing good working ppl out of living
