ELaptopready Unscrupulous internet company rip off child of psp Longwood Florida
Elaptopready are scam artists who utilize unconscionable and insidious practices to lure young victims to their site with a promise that they are able to repair their prized psp device. In January, my 15 year old daughter was advised to submit her broken psp for a diagnostic evaluation. She was sent A postage paid shipment box to send in her psp.
About two weeks later she recieved an email stating the repair would cost $120.00. She saved her lunch money until she had $100.00 and purchased a money order. I wrote a check for the balance and we sent the payment in April. Since that time, we have been given numerous stories about the status of repairs, or that the repair was complete and a tracking number would be emailed. My last conversation with the company was on July 9, 2007 when I was placed on hold several times, disconnected and then at one point had to call in at least ten times because the operator kept disconnecting the call as soon as it rang in.
After learning of other complaints, we have lost all hope of having the psp returned or our money refunded. I hope some consumer attorney will come to our assistance or the Florida Attorney Generals Office. This company must be stopped!
