These folks are crooks. I sent my computer back in August and I have heard every excuse for its where abouts since then. They always tell me its in the mail USPS and give me a tracking # which is always bad. They hang up the phone on me, and lie about the status on a daily basis. They are now telling me they dropped my computer. I just reported them to a fraud department. I am out $350 plus I doubt I will ever see my computer again.
